I don’t see why they wouldn’t, asians are not racist
As long as you’ve got the qualifications, then I bet you could get a job. Good luck.

Just hitting the streets is the difficult way. It can be done, just harder than other ways.
I would say your chances are zero. Sorry. And can you speak, read, and write as well as a native Japanese ? Remember, Japanese is the native language there. You could’nt even get a job at McDonalds without knowing Japanese. Most American’s there teach English.
I answered one of your other questions and in that answer I told you how prejudice the Japanese are towards blacks in Japan. Which is probably why you are generating this question.
Let me make this real clear - as bad as it can be in America - at least in America you CAN get that job. In Japan, your chances are slim to none! The Japanese will be more polite to your face, but they do not consider blacks to be qualified for these types of jobs. We had a black American English teacher at my language school that I taught at. He lasted about 2 weeks because so many students complained about him. He was as qualified as many of our other white teachers, but the Japanese just didn’t like him as an English teacher because he was black. If they don’t accept you as a teacher, do you think they are going to accept you as an Engineer (one of their highest/advanced positions)!?
